Chef Carla Pernambuco is the owner and founder of Carlota, one of the first and a very popular cosmopolitan restaurant in São Paulo, Brazil. Before becoming a Chef, Carla worked as an actress and producer, but soon discovered her real vocation. She is famous in Brazil having received many awards, including having Carlota named one of the ten best restaurants in São Paulo. Carla is also a radio show host and a columnist in an important Brazilian magazine, and has already published five cookbooks. |
