The special prosciutti (cured meats) which come from Tuscany (Cinta Senese), An interbreed of wild boar and swine; the selection of pecorino cheeses which were up until a century ago the main sustenance for sheep herders in all of rural Italy, the mustards a middle ages recipe, the Buffalo mozzarella which is sent fresh to all the capitals in the world; all this combined with a cuisine unique in the pairing of its ingredients create completely new flavors and fragrances which can awaken in you long forgotten memories.

Giorgio’s offers a new wine cellar holding more than 250 Italian Wines all currently in the Top Wines of Wine Spectator.
